The Good: Baby’s breath is an inexpensive and affordable option for bridesmaids’ bouquets or centerpieces. It’s extremely hardy and has a long lifetime. This flower also offers a light, alluring and sweet look.
The Bad: Baby’s Breath has an interesting smell that doesn’t appeal to everyone. If you’re sensitive to certain scents, it may be best to go with another bloom. You can also pair baby’s breath with more fragrant flowers like roses to offset their aroma. This plant also tends to shed slightly.
- Cut and place in cool water.
- This product has been dyed and the color will leak into the water. We recommend keeping all dyed items in separate containers while hydrating.
- Feel free to ‘fluff’ it up before use!
Baby’s Breath is considered a ‘Filler Flower’. Based on our design ratios, here’s our recommended quantity suggestion:
Bridal Bouquet: 1-2 bunches
Maids: 1/2-1 bunch
Bouts: sprigs
Corsages: sprigs
Centerpieces: 1/3- 1 full bunch
Large Arrangements: 1-3 bunches
Flower Moxie reserves the right to make changes or substitutions. All substitutions are only done as a last resort, and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and genuine. For example, if a flower becomes unavailable (off-crop), incorrect color, or not in good condition to grace a wedding function we will substitute a flower that has a similar color and price-point.
Acceptable Subs: Different flower variety in same color palette. Carnations, cremones, mums, roses, alstroemeria
