The Good: Veronica has beautiful movement when it comes to organic arrangements. We adore how dainty and delicate they are in comparison to snapdragons or stock.

The Bad:  There are not many negatives when it comes to Veronica. They can be very curvy, shedding is normal, and sometimes the bloom can have a blunt/flat tip. They do not have a super long vase life, so it’s best to keep them in a cool location, away from the sun.

  • Give the stems a fresh cut, and place in cool water.
  • Remove leaves below the waterline
  • Keep upright so gravity does not make them curve more

Veronica can be an Accent or a Texture Flower, either way, the quantities should stay the same.  Based on our design suggestions here’s our quantity recommendations:

  • Bridal Bouquet:  5-8 stems
  • Maids:  3-5 stems
  • Bouts:  1 stem
  • Corsages:  1-3 stems
  • Centerpieces:  3-5 stems
  • Large Arrangements:  1-2 bunches, but possibly too short, works best in foam cages

Flower Moxie reserves the right to make changes or substitutions.  All substitutions are only done as a last resort, and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and genuine.  For example, if a flower becomes unavailable (off-crop),  incorrect color, or not in good condition to grace a wedding function we will substitute a flower that has a similar color and price-point.

Acceptable Subs:  Stock, Snapdragons, Scabiosa, or a more textural element that works within your specific color palette and goes with your overall order.
